Demonstration Video Clip

This video will demonstrate how to enter your game numbers into the Lottery Scratcher Log

Features:

  1. If the wrong Game number is entered the dollar amount will not populate. This means the game number is not in the Lottery Weekly Inventory tab. Either the team member entered the wrong game number or the Lottery Weekly Inventory tab has not been updated with your recent order.

  2. If an open ticket number entered is different than the previous business day closing ticket number, the field will turn red. This alerts the opening shift there may be a mistake.

  3. If the close ticket number enter is less than the open ticket number, the log will alert the team member there is a mistake and needs to be corrected. The close ticket number must be equal or greater than the open ticket number

Your point of sale will generate your sales reports. Making sure your departments are setup correctly will make the process of quickly comparing your log sales data and POS sales data an easy check.

There are a few Point of Sale options available on the market and you might already be using one. Common POS types include Verifone, Clover, Square, Gilbarco. If you have a Point of Sale system you could look into a back-office system to help generate your reports such as Series2K.
